Curiosity

Since 2012, we have produced an original product: a sparkling wine on the yeast made by re-fermenting in the bottle a small part of our Sparkling Base Vermentino, with the addition of the following year’s must.
The result is interesting, as the yeast gives us “two wines in one”. It is an alternative and innovative product and at the same time it recalls the peasant tradition.
